Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of roofing services by London Supreme Roofing ("the Company") to clients ("the Client"). By engaging our services or accepting a written quotation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on an assessment of the works required at the time of the survey. If additional works are identified once the project has commenced that could not reasonably have been identified at survey stage, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised quotation before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

A materials deposit of up to 30% of the total contract value may be required prior to commencement of works. The balance is due on completion of works and before the removal of scaffolding (where applicable). Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. We do not accept cash payments above £500.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All works carried out by London Supreme Roofing are covered by a written workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee will be specified in your quotation and is typically between 5 and 10 years for standard works. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to damage caused by storm, subsidence, third-party interference, or other events beyond our control.

5. Insurance

London Supreme Roofing carries £5 million public liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects to your property structure, or for any damage caused by events outside of our control during the period of works.

6. Scaffolding

Where scaffolding is required, it will be erected and dismantled as part of your contract. The Client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for the purposes of erecting and dismantling scaffolding. The Client must not interfere with or alter scaffolding in any way.

7. Waste Removal

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the cost of waste removal and disposal is included in the contract price. We dispose of all waste legally and in accordance with applicable waste management regulations.

8. Delays

We will endeavour to complete works within the timeframes indicated at the quotation stage. However, delays may arise due to weather conditions, material supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays to you as soon as they become apparent.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us in writing in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent adjudication service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
